Perhaps you've noticed...if not, let me tell you that at least half (maybe more) of the photos I take of my little guy have this face. And is it not a total Popeye and/or pirate face??? I am not sure WHY he feels this is the face to make when my camera comes out, but I have picture upon picture of this face.

My hubby is adopted -- I don't know my dad. It's highly possibly we are descendants of Popeye. We don't eat a lot of spinach though, so maybe not.
The pirate theory might be more accurate. This boy DOES like shiny coins. And he is quite fond of SpongeBob, which is nautical in nature, right?
It's a mystery.
It IS a pretty cute face though -- not that I'm biased or anything!

Even with the Popeye face he's adorable!!!
I definately say Popeye!! Most definately!! He is such a cutie pie!! Blake scrunches his face up for smiles and Brett gives a goofy fake smile most of the time with his eyes wide open. Is it just a boy thing?
It is SUCH A CUTE FACE! And as they say in the scripture fashion..."this too shall pass". I guess we just to have embrace it while it lasts.

tooo cute, my nephew does that all the time. He tends to almost close one eye. The photo makes for a cute layout. He is so adorable and funny.

My son Matt played Star Wars so much....we always wondered if he were somehow related to Luke Skywalker. (Of course there were also days when we were sure it was Darth Vader!))
