In no time, he had the "record" score in our family. He also quickly developed his own style. He has a whole bunch of stunts (bowling standing backwards, laying on the ground, with his eyes closed, spinning in a circle) -- and he can get strikes while he is doing these stunts. I know you think I'm lying, but I promise you I speak the truth. (I have witnesses! LOL) He is quite amusing to watch and has entertained not only our family, but some of our friends on many occasions.
Yesterday, he set a new high score -- 289, which is 11 strikes and one spare. He got that same score four different times. He was determined to get a perfect game, but 289 was the best he could do. Pretty good if you ask me!
This morning, he was on a mission. The boy is somewhat of a perfectionist (which worries me a little because so is my oldest son and it can be a bad thing at times!). But because he had to be perfect, once he started bowling if he wasn't getting a strike every single frame he would start over. (And over and over again!)
His persistence paid off -- and look what my amazing little world class Wii bowler did this morning --

He was quite excited to say the least!
So look out all you professional bowlers out there -- I realize this is just a Wii game, but we may be on to something here!

289 is better than I've ever bowled on the thing. I don't think I've even broken 200 yet! So I'd say 300 is amazing!
That is so cool! Good for him Rita. And RYC: We would have such a blast hanging out together!
We are going to have to step up our game if we ever stand a chance in a family tournament. I don't know, I may be able to take Matt....but not you Rita ;)

WOW! That is awesome! LOL! Jason (dh) is the only one in our family to get a 300 so far on the Wii. Good job, bud!

Woohooo!!! Cool beans! That is funny and so cool at the same time...I know all too well about being a perfectionist LOL....that's actually why I don't bowl...I HATE to do something I'm bad at LOL....
